Vi f\u00e5r chansen att hj\u00e4lpa v\u00e5ra kunder i allt fr\u00e5n kortare \u00e4renden till \u00e4renden d\u00e4r vi verkligen beh\u00f6ver grotta ner oss och ta hj\u00e4lp av v\u00e5ra konsulter eller utvecklare f\u00f6r att f\u00f6rst\u00e5 vad som \u00e4r fel. Beh\u00f6ver vi str\u00e4cka oss utanf\u00f6r v\u00e5r organisation \u00e4r Microsofts support aldrig mer \u00e4n ett samtal bort och vi kan k\u00e4nna oss trygga med att de finns d\u00e4r f\u00f6r att st\u00f6tta upp om vi skulle beh\u00f6va det. Det g\u00f6r att vi blir snabba p\u00e5 att l\u00f6sa kundens problem och vi s\u00e4tter h\u00f6g prestige i att g\u00f6ra det ocks\u00e5. Kunden \u00e4r v\u00e5rt fokus och det finns en tydlig vilja fr\u00e5n hela f\u00f6retaget att hj\u00e4lpas \u00e5t f\u00f6r att kunden ska ha det s\u00e5 bra som m\u00f6jligt. Det k\u00e4nns v\u00e4ldigt sk\u00f6nt.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wh-text-block-text no-padding-top\">Jag har l\u00e4rt mig otroligt mycket under \u00e5ren som jag suttit i supporten p\u00e5 NAB, forts\u00e4tter Niklas. Det m\u00e4rks att vi \u00e4r i en bransch som st\u00e4ndigt f\u00f6r\u00e4ndras och det \u00e4r positivt. Det g\u00f6r att vi alltid m\u00e5ste vara p\u00e5 t\u00e5rna och t\u00e4nka fram\u00e5t. Vi f\u00e5r l\u00e4ra oss nya saker och vi utvecklas st\u00e4ndigt. Det \u00e4r tydligt att man aldrig blir full\u00e4rd h\u00e4r.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wh-text-block-text no-padding-top\"><i>Att samtala med m\u00e4nniskor \u00e4r en naturlig del f\u00f6r Niklas som arbetat med att supportera kunder inom andra omr\u00e5den tidigare. Men sedan han b\u00f6rjade p\u00e5 NAB har han f\u00e5tt utrymme att v\u00e4xa i sitt ekonomiska kunnande och idag \u00e4r det riktigt kul att se siffrorna g\u00e5 ihop menar han. Det har varit en resa i ekonomins v\u00e4rld d\u00e4r han ocks\u00e5 l\u00e4rt sig att inte vara r\u00e4dd f\u00f6r tekniken.<\/i><\/p>\n<h5 class=\"wh-text-block-subheading no-padding-top\">&nbsp;<\/h5>\n<p class=\"wh-text-block-text no-padding-top\">I b\u00f6rjan finns det en naturlig oro inf\u00f6r alla tekniska termer och begrepp som folk sl\u00e4nger sig med men den \u201dr\u00e4dslan\u201d f\u00f6rsvinner ganska snabbt, s\u00e4ger Niklas. Snart s\u00e5 inser man att allt \u00e4r ganska logiskt. Business Central och NAV \u00e4r logiskt, det \u00e4r inget att oroa sig f\u00f6r. Snarare \u00e4r det tekniska n\u00e5got som g\u00f6r arbetet h\u00e4r mer intressant och varierande.<\/p>\n<h5 class=\"wh-text-block-subheading no-padding-top\">&nbsp;<\/h5>\n<p class=\"wh-text-block-text no-padding-top\">Det \u00e4r kul, f\u00f6r rollen som supporttekniker inneb\u00e4r mycket mer \u00e4n jag trodde n\u00e4r jag b\u00f6rjade h\u00e4r, forts\u00e4tter han. Vi f\u00e5r hj\u00e4lpa f\u00f6retag p\u00e5 en helt annan niv\u00e5, vi hj\u00e4lper f\u00f6retag att f\u00e5 verksamheten att rulla eftersom aff\u00e4rssystemet \u00e4r en s\u00e5 central del av deras dagliga arbete. Vi beh\u00f6ver ta ett stort ansvar och kunna v\u00e4ldigt mycket. Vi beh\u00f6ver ha ett sinne f\u00f6r sm\u00e5 detaljer samtidigt som en kund kan ringa in och vara riktigt stressad \u00f6ver att n\u00e5got som \u00e4r avg\u00f6rande i deras verksamhet inte fungerar. D\u00e5 m\u00e5ste vi vara snabba och vi f\u00e5r situationsanpassa v\u00e5r support. Det \u00e4r roligt men ocks\u00e5 ett stort ansvar.<\/p>\n<h5 class=\"wh-text-block-subheading no-padding-top\">Aldrig vara en i m\u00e4ngden<\/h5>\n<p class=\"wh-text-block-text no-padding-top\">En annan del \u00e4r att vi supporterar kundanpassade l\u00f6sningar h\u00e4r p\u00e5 NAB, forts\u00e4tter Niklas. Vi \u00e4r \u00f6dmjuka inf\u00f6r det och att vi arbetar med en komplex produkt som har massor av m\u00f6jligheter. Systemet anv\u00e4nds p\u00e5 m\u00e5nga olika s\u00e4tt. Det g\u00f6r att vi beh\u00f6ver ha en stark k\u00e4nnedom om v\u00e5ra kunder, deras verksamhet och deras l\u00f6sningar. Vi bygger d\u00e4rf\u00f6r en helt annan typ av relation med v\u00e5ra kunder d\u00e4r kunden aldrig \u00e4r en i m\u00e4ngden och det \u00e4r inte heller vi p\u00e5 supporten. Vi f\u00e5r m\u00f6jlighet att l\u00e4ra k\u00e4nna v\u00e5ra kunder och arbeta som ett team tillsammans. Det tror vi v\u00e4ldigt mycket p\u00e5.
